About This Opportunity

We’re working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced enterprise customer success managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews for enterprise accounts.
  • Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows, including QBR decks, renewal business cases, adoption and value realization exhibits, executive sponsor updates, and success plan presentations.
  • Work closely with the internal AI team to incorporate feedback and improve model performance in presentation generation.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
  • Proven track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
  • Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Compensation & Details

Rate: $70 per hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
