I'm currently recruiting for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner opportunity with a successful and growing business based in Leicester. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Operations, helping shape decisions through financial insight, challenge and commercial support. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving performance, supporting strategic planning and helping the business achieve its commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Central Functions
- Provide financial insight, analysis and challenge to support decision-making
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
- Develop meaningful reporting and performance measures
- Support strategic projects, business initiatives and investment decisions
- Drive continuous improvement and commercial performance across the business
- Manage and develop an Assistant Management Accountant
