We are working exclusively with an established, market-leading branded business looking to appoint a Sales Operations Manager to support and facilitate the next exciting phase of their growth and expansion. This is a senior, hands-on management level role reporting directly to the Managing Director, with real influence over how the business operates day-to-day.

The Sales Operations Manager Role
Sitting at the heart of the operation, this role brings together people, processes, and performance. You’ll drive operational efficiency across the site, support the sales function, and ensure everything runs as it should – from logistics and stock through to reporting, compliance, and customer delivery. At its core, it’s about creating a well-run, high-performing operation.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Leading day-to-day operations across their East Anglia business
- Driving performance through KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Managing logistics, inventory, and operational planning
- Supporting and developing teams to deliver consistent output
- Overseeing health & safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Improving systems, processes, and overall efficiency
- Supporting sales, aftermarket and parts teams with accurate operational insight (stock, lead times, etc.)
- Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Being involved in strategic and customer projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in an operations, sales operations or sales administration role within a fast-paced and product environment
- Strong understanding of process improvement and operational performance
- Experience managing and mentoring teams and driving output
- Commercial awareness – able to link operations and sales to business results
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and CRM systems (e.g. such as HubSpot)
- Good understanding of logistics, stock, and operational workflows
- A practical, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement and eagerness to embrace change mindset
- Experience within engineering, capital equipment, sales or distribution would be beneficial but not essential.
