Ethos Talent are currently working with a well-established business based in Desborough who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team. This is a varied and fast-paced role within a friendly and supportive environment, offering the opportunity to become a key part of the customer service function whilst developing long term within the business.

Role:

  • Working closely with customers and internal departments, you'll be responsible for managing enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations and ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Preparing customer quotations
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently

  • Liaising with internal teams including sales, finance, and marketing
  • Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service

Candidate Experience:

  • Previous experience within customer service, administration, or a similar support role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive and proactive approach
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
  • Good Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience using CRM, ERP, or stock management systems would be beneficial, but is not essential as training will be provided.
