Sitting at the heart of the operation, this role brings together people, processes, and performance. • Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Being involved in strategic and customer projects
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in an operations, sales operations or sales administration role within a fast-paced and product environment
  • Strong understanding of process improvement and operational performance
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams and driving output
  • Commercial awareness - able to link operations and sales to business results
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Good understanding of logistics, stock, and operational workflows
  • A practical, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement and eagerness to embrace change mindset
  • Experience within engineering, capital equipment, sales or distribution would be beneficial but not essential.

This isn't about maintaining the status quo - it's about shaping how the operation evolves. You'll work closely in partnership with senior leadership and have real input into how the business grows, improves, and delivers. If this sounds like something you'd be open to discussing, APPLY NOW.
