We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Order Management & Revenue Assurance Coordinator to take ownership of customer orders from operational acceptance through to successful delivery and billing.

Sitting at the heart of the operation, you will connect Sales, Operations, Engineering Delivery, Customer Service, technical teams, suppliers and Finance—ensuring every order is accurate, commercially sound and delivered efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves detail, enjoys solving problems and takes real satisfaction from keeping customers, colleagues and revenue moving in the right direction.

The role

You will act as the central control point for customer orders, ensuring they are complete, accurate and ready to progress.

Once accepted, you will retain ownership through delivery, handover and billing readiness, proactively resolving anything that could cause delay, confusion or lost revenue.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Reviewing customer orders for accurate products, pricing, contract terms, billing frequencies, credit requirements and supporting documentation.
  • Accepting complete orders into Operations or returning incomplete submissions with clear corrective actions.
  • Maintaining accurate order statuses, notes, dependencies and target dates.
