Quantity Surveyor

Our Client, an award winning, privately owned, £50m turnover, Surrey-based main building contractor, is looking to add to their expanding team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

They undertake a range of projects in a variety of sectors including; Private Housing, Education, Healthcare, Conservation, Leisure, Community, Affordable Housing and Commercial; project values are generally between £4m – £4.5m.

Head Office based, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, your duties will include:

• Processing payments
• Tying up final accounts
• Weekly site visits
• Contracts review and negotiation
• Signing off on supplier invoices, letting supplier contracts and client contracts
