Our Client, an award winning, privately owned, £50m turnover, Surrey-based main building contractor, is looking to add to their expanding team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor. They undertake a range of projects in a variety of sectors including Private Housing, Education, Healthcare, Conservation, Leisure, Community, Affordable Housing and Commercial; project values are generally between £4m - £4.5m.
Head Office based, working Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, your duties will include:
- Processing payments
- Tying up final accounts
- Weekly site visits
- Contracts review and negotiation
- Signing off on supplier invoices, letting supplier contracts and client contracts
