Job Description
We are actively recruiting for an experienced construction Estimator.
A full-time, permanent role, you would be working for one of the UK's Top National House Builders.
A 5 Star developer, they are looking for someone to join their commercial team based near Maidstone, Kent.
This is a vibrant, personable and progressive work environment, where everyone has their part to play in the future prosperity of the business.
As an Estimator you will be at the vanguard of this, building and submitting competitive prices as part of the Pre-Construction team.
Working across Residential sites to deliver 5 Star rated New Homes across Kent & East Sussex.
As an Estimator you will be based in the regional offices, working 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, within the pre-construction team.
This role would suit a construction estimator with 5+ years experience, who is looking to work for an established, national brand with a consistent pipeline of work to challenge them.
