Key Service Advisor Responsibilities:- First point of contact for service maintenance customers in the dealership
- Manage bookings, courtesy cars, and customer updates
- Liaise with workshop teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Upsell additional work, service plans, and warranties
- Main dealership Service Advisor experience essential
- Confident, organised, and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similar
- Experience with Kerridge/Pinnacle/DRIVE/ONELink
- An ability to sell additional services
