Basic Salary: Up to £32,000pa

OTE: £45,000pa

Working hours: 8-6pm with Saturdays on rota

The Service Advisor role comes with a competitive salary of up to £32,000pa with an excellent benefits package of £45,000pa OTE. Key Service Advisor Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for service & maintenance customers in the dealership
  • Manage bookings, courtesy cars, and customer updates
  • Liaise with workshop teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Upsell additional work, service plans, and warranties
Service Advisor Requirements:
  • Main dealership Service Advisor experience essential
  • Confident, organised, and customer-focused
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similar
  • Experience with Kerridge/Pinnacle/DRIVE/ONELink
  • An ability to sell additional products and services
