Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 pa (DOE) + OTE £7,500 pa
Location: OXFORD
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. Saturdays on Rota.
As a Parts Advisor, you'll ensure smooth daily operations across the parts department, supporting the workshop, retail counter, and trade customers. Using your product knowledge, you'll identify and order parts accurately, provide excellent customer service, and help drive parts sales. Stock checks, customer follow-ups, and strong supplier relationships will be key to your success.
The main duties of the Parts Advisor role include:
- Assist customers in person and by phone to identify and source parts
- Order parts to specification and check deliveries
- Follow up on order progress and pricing
- Process invoices accurately and handle customer payments
- Conduct stock checks and manage inventory levels
Parts Advisor Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally in a franchised motor-trade environment, but will consider people from a motor factor background.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with Kerridge/Drive and ETK
- Eligible to work in the UK
