LOCATION - Oxford
BASIC SALARY - £45,000pa + OTE - £65,000pa
Working hours - 8:30pm - 6pm (weekends on rota)
An exciting role has just opened up with our fantastic industry leading Dealership client, who is looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to head up their Sales Department.
The General Sales Manager role will involve:
- Building & leading strong Sales teams
- Conducting business reviews, analysing KPIs, and developing action plans.
- Advising on stock management, marketing effectiveness, and presentation standards.
- Coaching teams on process improvement, lead management, and customer experience.
- Ensuring compliance with the manufacturer guidelines.
About You:
We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on coaching. You'll bring:
- Previous main dealer experience and a demonstrable track record.
- Proven ability to influence, engage and coach a diverse Sales Team.
- Strong understanding of car sales operations and best practice.
- Commercial and financial awareness to support operational and management-level decisions.
- Experience of developing and implementing retailer marketing strategies.
