Our fantastic client, a main dealership in Aldershot, is looking for a MOT Tester to join their successful Aftersales team. The MOT Tester role comes with a competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum.
You will be expected to complete 10-12 MOTs daily (no technical work - just MOTs). The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with weekend work available paid at overtime if you want it, but not expected.

About the MOT Tester role:
As an MOT Tester, you will be a key player in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe and roadworthy. You will work with a skilled, motivated team in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day MOT Tester duties include:
- Performing MOT tests in line with DVSA standards.
- Identifying vehicle defects and failures.
- Keeping up to date with current MOT testing guidelines and best practices.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of inspections.
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical advice.
MOT Tester Skills & Qualifications:
- MOT Licence.
- Qualified Technician - Minimum level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance certification (level 3 preferred).
- Experienced & Skilled - Solid background in an MOT testing role.
- DVSA Tester Certification.
- Team Player - Able to work efficiently alone or with colleagues.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Detail-Oriented - Committed to delivering high-quality work.
