Location: South Yorkshire
Shift: 4 on 4 off | 18:00 – 06:00

Venatu Recruitment Group is hiring a Transport Supervisor (Nights) for our client to oversee night operations, manage a team of drivers, and ensure smooth transport operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise night operations & coordinate with managers.
- Oversee shift handovers & driver deployment.
- Plan & allocate vehicles for next-day deliveries.
- Manage fleet movements & arrange repairs.
- Ensure timely loading & dispatch.
- Handle reports, debrief drivers & manage admin tasks.
What You Need:
- Experience in a transport supervisory role.
- Strong IT & transport planning system skills (Road Runner is a plus).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving & teamwork skills.
