Service Advisor – Automotive Dealership
Location: Stafford
Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
Saturdays: On a rota
Are you great with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for the motor trade? We\’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy dealership team in Stafford.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you enjoy being the friendly face that keeps things running smoothly for customers, from booking their vehicles in to handing them back over – serviced, repaired, and ready to go. You\’ll be part of a supportive service team, working closely with technicians and advisors to make sure everything\’s handled efficiently and professionally.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process
- Upselling products, services, and repair work where appropriate
- Keeping customers updated and informed throughout
- Using systems to raise job cards and process all necessary paperwork
- Working with the workshop to coordinate bookings and manage expectations
- Ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish
What We\’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade is essential
- A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Well organised, with the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable using computers and internal systems
- Team player who\’s happy to step in and help when it\’s busy
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry
