Primary Duties

  • Dealing with enquiries for products.
  • Qualifying customer requirements & identifying the appropriate product to offer.
  • Processing enquiries using an inhouse CRM system
  • Ensuring enquiries are passed to the production team to ensure they understand the customer request.
  • You will monitor all SLA\’s and request for questionnaires.
  • Working closely with the sales team.
  • Providing product support to colleagues & customers.
