Primary Duties
- Dealing with enquiries for products.
- Qualifying customer requirements & identifying the appropriate product to offer.
- Processing enquiries using an inhouse CRM system
- Ensuring enquiries are passed to the production team to ensure they understand the customer request.
- You will monitor all SLA\’s and request for questionnaires.
- Working closely with the sales team.
- Providing product support to colleagues & customers.
