Circa: £60,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Venatu Recruitment Group is working with our client in Manchester to recruit a General Manager to manage two sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop operational teams to drive efficiency and excellence
• Improve performance and find more innovative ways of working
• Foster strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Take responsibility for a significant portion of the company’s profit & loss
• Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven senior management experience in a unionised environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of transport legislation and operational performance metrics
• Ability to build relationships and deliver continuous improvements
