Rotherham

This vacancy is supporting the MD and Senior Leadership team with all diary management and professional arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role where they were extremely organised and had a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and servicing meetings arranging appropriate attendees and room availabililty
  • Agenda creation for meetings, visits, events
  • Minute taking and creating and monitoring action logs as required
  • Be the first point of contact to welcome and greet visitors
  • Pre meeting room preparation ensuring a comfortable ambience and that stationary, IT equipment and refreshments are available as required
  • Arrange lunches, accommodation and transport for meetings and other events
  • Preparation of reports, presentations and briefing documents meeting any set deadlines for completion
  • Co-ordinate travel, event attendance and speaking arrangements for the MD, SLT and other Senior Stakeholders within the wider group
  • Diary management for MD ensuring all personal and professional arrangements are scheduled to avoid conflict
