Role Overview For a CNC Machinist
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming CNC machines using Fanuc controls. You\’ll play a key role in maintaining high production standards while working independently on the night shift.

Hours Flexible start and Finish Times Open to Negotiation – 40 Hour Week
Key Responsibilities Of a CNC Machinist
- Set, operate, and program CNC machines (Fanuc controls).
- Interpret and work from technical engineering drawings.
- Carry out first-off inspections and ensure component quality throughout production.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to optimize efficiency and output.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Record production data and report any issues or downtime.
Requirements Of a CNC Machinist
- Proven experience in CNC setting, operating, and programming – ideally with Fanuc controls.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
