Working alongside likeminded staff and supported by a caring management team, this is a nursery with great opportunities for career progression and a range of incentives, including bonuses to be paid throughout the year. This is a permanent Early Years Educator role to work full time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm) but this can be flexible. Salary would be £24k-£28k per annum. Responsibilities
- Support the development and learning of young children in line with the EYFS framework.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to provide a caring and engaging learning environment.
- Contribute to planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that meet individual needs.
- Support children's wellbeing, safety, and development during daily routines.
- Assist with observations and feedback to support progress and development.
Qualifications
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
- Relevant childcare experience and a good understanding of child development, EYFS, and early years educational practices.
