Qualifications
As an Early Years Practitioner, it is essential that you hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, and previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is needed.
Responsibilities
Working in the toddler room, you will be supporting your key children through play and activities that are stimulating and contribute to their development, helping them to reach their next steps and achieve their goals. You will carry out observations to assess their progress, in line with the EYFS framework, and will help to prepare them to move up to the preschool room. This is a permanent full time role to work 40 hours per week, all year round.
