As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside class teachers to support learning across the curriculum, helping pupils develop their confidence, understanding and independence. Your responsibilities will include supporting classroom activities, working with small groups and providing individual assistance to children who need additional help.
You'll also help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment, encourage good behaviour and support pupils with varying abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The school is looking for a patient, proactive and dependable Teaching Assistant who can build positive relationships with children and staff. Previous experience working with children or young adults would be beneficial, along with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in education.
