This lovely nursery merges EYFS and Montessori approaches and provides a warm and family-like environment, where the children are nurtured for the future and prepared for their next steps in education, forming a lifelong love for learning.

As an Early Years Educator, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting key children and observing their progress and development
- Communicating with other team members and parents/guardians
- Carrying out risk assessments throughout the day
- Creating a fun, engaging and safe environment for the children
- Assisting children with the development of early reading and early maths skills
- Supporting children's physical, emotional, social and intellectual development
- Working collaboratively with your colleagues in the running of activities and organisation of the room
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
For this Early Years Educator role, a Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent/higher) qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential, and prior experience working with children under 5 within a nursery or childcare setting is needed. A passion for working with young children and a good understanding of the EYFS framework is needed for the suitable Early Years Educator, and good communication and interpersonal skills are very important.
