We are looking for a hardworking and caring Early Years Practitioner with at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare to join the friendly team at this nursery in New Malden! This is a permanent role to work full time as an Early Years Practitioner within a setting that was specifically designed to meet children's needs and has a capacity of up to 40 children. There is a sensory space in the garden used for small groups of key children, and there are regular visits to local parks, library visits and the local high street, making every day different and fun!
As an Early Years Practitioner you will be a key person, and one of your responsibilities will be to carry out observations and track and assess your key children's progress, planning next steps based on where they're at. You will also lead activities and encourage child led play, and lead story time and circle time sessions.
