We are looking for a passionate individual to join the team at this lovely Montessori nursery in West Hampstead as a Trainee Montessori Assistant. You will be training towards a Level 2/Montessori qualification and supported by a caring management team. This nursery offers great career progression and this is a great opportunity to expand on your skills, learn about Montessori teaching, gain a qualification and further your early years career!

This Montessori nursery has a strong sense of community and as a Trainee Montessori Assistant you will be working within an interactive and supportive environment, alongside a welcoming and friendly team of staff. Working full time as a Trainee Montessori Assistant, you will be supporting children to develop and grow, discover their own individual interests and build on their confidence and independence.

This nursery aims for each child to discover their self as a creative individual, inquisitive learner and a team player. You will support the team to create tailored learning plans for each child and ensure a welcoming and secure environment that allows every child to have the freedom to choose their work and develop a love of learning.

At least one year of experience working in a childcare setting is desirable for this Trainee Montessori Assistant position. Situated in West Hampstead, this Montessori nursery is in a great location, with excellent transport links making it easy to reach, as well as being close by to lovely parks!
