Great opportunity for an Early Years Educator to start a new role at a welcoming and bright nursery in Kingsbury, NW London. This is a full time and permanent role to work Monday‑Friday for an Early Years Educator who holds a Level 2/3 (or above) qualification in Early Years or Childcare and has prior experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.

What you'll do:

  • Leading activities which stimulate children's imagination and creativity
  • Encouraging development through interactive play
  • Following the EYFS curriculum to assist with early reading and early maths skills development
  • Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development from a young age, helping them to develop positive relationships and form/build on their social skills
  • Providing a supportive, stimulating and language rich environment where every child can thrive
  • Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed and supporting the nursery management team

Qualifications:

  • The suitable Early Years Educator should have a good understanding of and good attitude towards working in EYFS, and extensive knowledge of safeguarding.
  • Level 2/3 (or above) qualification in Early Years or Childcare and prior experience working in a nursery or childcare setting are required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children are essential.
