Are you looking for a new Early Years Educator opportunity in a nursery that will truly appreciate and reward you for your hard work? We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Educator to start a permanent position at this welcoming and diverse nursery located in Epsom. With local transport links, staff parking and a cycle to work scheme, this nursery is very easy to access and is a short walk from lovely parks for after work strolls.
The supportive leadership team are focused on staff well-being and really value and care about every member of the team. As an Early Years Educator, there are plenty of training opportunities for career progression with which the management team will be supportive and encouraging. There are also Room Leader role opportunities at this nursery.
ResponsibilitiesAs an Early Years Educator, you will be working full-time at this caring and family-oriented nursery. There is a real focus on teamwork, so you will work collaboratively with likeminded colleagues to support young children with their early development, including through planning and leading activities that stimulate their minds and creativity and assisting with early reading and early maths skills development.
QualificationsIt is essential for the successful Early Years Educator to hold at least a Level 2 or 3 qualification in either Early Years or Childcare, and prior experience working with young children within a nursery or childcare setting is desirable. Passion for and knowledge of EYFS and the Early Years curriculum is important, and you will be supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development, and planning and encouraging interactive play-based activities and exploration to promote learning and development.
