Graduate Teaching Assistant - Westminster | Full-Time
Are you a graduate considering a career in teaching and looking to gain valuable classroom experience?
A welcoming primary school in Westminster is looking for a full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers, supporting pupils during lessons and providing 1:1 and small group support. You’ll help children with their learning across the curriculum, reinforce English and Maths skills and provide additional support to pupils who need it.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is considering teacher training and wants to build practical experience within a primary school before progressing into teaching.
The school would particularly like to hear from graduates who are confident, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships with children. Previous experience through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work or working with children would be beneficial.
