Whether you're an ECT building experience while job hunting, a sports coach, youth worker, or someone with experience leading young people, this is flexible work that keeps doors open. As a cover supervisor, you'll lead classes when teachers are absent, support learning activities, manage behaviour, and keep lessons running smoothly. You might work with Year 3s one day and Year 9s the next - lesson plans are already prepared, so there's no prep needed. Your role includes: * Delivering lessons from teacher plans (no prep required) * Behaviour management and classroom organisation * Supporting pupils' learning and engagement * Safeguarding * Working flexibly across both primary and secondary About you You have experience working with young people - whether that's coaching sports teams, leading youth groups, running summer camps, teaching, mentoring, or supporting learning environments. What matters is you can build rapport, manage a room, and keep things moving.
