We are currently looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner with at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare to join the team at this lovely nursery in South West London, with an ASAP start. This is a permanent role to work full time as an Early Years Practitioner, and there are also Room Leader opportunities available too. This nursery offers career progression and further training, making it a great place to grow and develop your early years career! With a caring management team and friendly colleagues, you will feel welcomed and supported.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Providing general care and support for children in the nursery
- Following the EYFS standards and curriculum to support children's learning and development
- Observing and assessing children’s progress
- Supporting children with additional needs and adapting activities to suit their requirements
- Running activities that stimulate children's imagination
- Carrying out risk assessments throughout the day, ensuring compliance with Safeguarding Procedures
Prior experience as an Early Years Practitioner in a nursery is essential, and a Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification is required for this permanent position. The nursery is in a great location in SW London, with excellent transport links making it easy to access.
