Ethos Education is recruiting a Student Welfare Officer for a secondary school in East Sussex. This is a full time role supporting students with attendance, wellbeing, safeguarding and day to day pastoral support. The school has a strong focus on inclusion, consistency and student support. This role would suit someone with experience in pastoral care, youth work, behaviour support or safeguarding within an educational setting.

The role

  • Supporting student wellbeing and emotional welfare
