The Role

We are looking for a creative and commercially curious Marketing Graduate to join the ETHOS team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to build a marketing career with a specialist digital health consultancy, motivated by doing work that makes a real difference to patient safety and the NHS. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining ETHOS' external brand presence. You will be developing content and campaigns that reflect our expertise and supporting the commercial activity of our service line leads. You will work closely with the Operations Analyst and senior team, utilising your marketing experience and skills to develop and deliver our marketing strategy, within the digital health sector. There is potential for the right person to grow into a more senior role marketing a commercial position as the business develops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Channel Management: Manage the ETHOS external brand, ensuring consistency of content, brand, image, and messaging across all channels and client-facing materials. Develop and maintain ETHOS' channel strategy across LinkedIn, the website, and any future platforms. Develop content with purpose and consistency, following a clear posting rhythm with content released across channels in a planned, structured way. Build and maintain a library of up-to-date brand collateral including capability statements, service one-pagers, case studies, and presentation templates.
  • Content & Campaign Development: Work with ETHOS service line leads to develop targeted content and campaigns that translate complex technical expertise into accessible, engaging material for our target audiences. Support the production of thought leadership content including articles, whitepapers, and sector commentary that builds ETHOS' profile and authority. Support the planning and delivery of email marketing and digital campaigns aligned to pipeline activity and commercial priorities.
  • Analytics & Performance: Monitor and report on the performance of ETHOS' marketing activity across all channels, tracking engagement, reach, and conversion metrics. Analyse the impact and performance of online activity to guide future strategy and activity. Produce regular performance summaries for the COO and senior team, with clear recommendations on what to continue, stop, or change.
  • Events & Sector Engagement: Research and maintain a forward calendar of relevant conferences, summits, and networking events across digital health, NHS, MedTech, and regulatory sectors. Support event preparation, attendance, ROI and post-event follow-up, ensuring sound opportunities and lead management using CMAP.
  • Commercial Alignment: Work closely with ETHOS service line leads and the Operations Analyst to ensure marketing activity supports commercial priorities and generates qualified opportunities.

  • Some prior experience creating social media content, blog posts, or marketing materials, whether professionally, through a personal project, or during your studies.
  • Basic familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or LinkedIn Insights.
  • Experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
  • An interest in or awareness of the NHS, digital health, or the regulatory and compliance landscape.
  • Previous experience supporting events, campaigns, or communications activity in any setting demonstrating effectiveness and impact.

Qualifications

A degree in marketing, media, communications, business, or a related discipline is required. We are also open to candidates with degrees in other subjects who can demonstrate strong transferable skills in communication, content, or digital.
