Our client is a high-growth, professional services organisation in London (SME, Private Equity owned, international). They are looking for someone to join their transformation team, reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer. The post-holder will be responsible for driving the creation and execution of client growth plans and supporting consultant teams globally in delivering high-impact business development activity (mainly development of existing accounts).
- Client growth planning & execution
- Support and monitor, leverage company and market data to inform strategy
- Effective consultant BD
- Work with the business to improve BD quality and volume, using a data-driven approach
- Own, maintain and enhance sales collateral repository
- Help optimise CRM system and other tools
- Support training and onboarding activity
Proven experience in sales enablement activity e.g. sales enablement, sales operations, sales/account/relationship management leadership, sales training/coaching, senior in a consulting capacity (it's not necessary to have held a Sales Enablement job title).
Experience in designing and executing client growth plans and BD campaigns.
Good data literacy/analytical skills - be able to interpret and present data in a clear manner.
Financial or professional services industry experience.
Experience of working in a private-equity environment.
Working with a non-sales person workforce, but who have an element of business development in their roles.
The client requires employees to be in the office 5 days per week as a rule of thumb.
