We handle both interim/consulting and permanent positions at a mid-to-senior level, including retained search. We’re pretty industry agnostic but have particular strength in Financial Services, Professional Services and Private Equity portfolio companies (across various industries). Around 50% of our business is in the UK, with the rest being primarily in Europe but also touching the Middle East and USA. We’re getting more international all the time.

We’re flexible on client industry background, but any experience in the ones listed above would certainly be helpful. We’re open to candidates with a background in either permanent or interim/contract/consulting recruitment, or a mix of both.
We’re currently working out of an office in Bracknell on a flexible, hybrid basis and this is intended to remain the model moving forward (although not necessarily in Bracknell).
