EBC UK have partnered with a leading global law firm to find a Change & Communications Senior Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the leadership team to define the change programme required for this reasonably new practice area to adopt digital and AI legal services effectively across the group which includes c.30 countries.
You will also own all internal stakeholder communications to ensure the ambitions are understood and actioned whilst measuring the effective adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Set and drive their annual and long-term strategy for the division.
- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth.
- Implement division-wide goal setting, performance management as well as set annual operations and financial planning.
- Own all communication with divisional executives, leadership team, senior management, and their teams to drive awareness and understanding of the strategy and change requirements.
- Responsible for the delivery of internal communications across the Division.
- Generate copy and content for the division's communications, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and reports, to support internal communication efforts.
- Lead the development and delivery of a change management strategy to support the Division's strategic ambitions.
