Our client is a rapidly scaling, Nasdaq‑listed hospitality technology business with a global reach. This is a rare opportunity to join as a key figure in the commercial team, covering the UK initially with European expansion to follow, for a company in serious growth mode with a product suite that is genuinely changing how hotels, resorts, and casinos operate. Most competitors in this space sell one thing… our client sells fifteen. Their platform spans property management, point of sale, spa, golf, dining, payments, loyalty, and analytics, and where competitors run out of runway, this business keeps finding entry points. The average customer buys five products but some buy them all. That breadth is the commercial differentiator, and it is what makes this a genuinely different sales opportunity to anything else in the market.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to manage a team or inherit an account book. It’s for someone who is out there doing it, generating their own pipeline, opening new logos, and building a business within a business. This is an excellent opportunity to be selling one of the most comprehensive platforms in the hospitality technology market. The cloud‑native SaaS suite covers the entire guest journey, property management, point of sale, spa, golf, dining, payments, and analytics, used by thousands of globally recognised properties across hotels, resorts, casinos, cruise lines, universities, healthcare, and sports and entertainment venues worldwide.
Whilst this is a hunter type of role, there is a strong ability to cross‑sell other solutions as bolt‑ons / add‑ons to the core platform. The business is deep into an AI transformation, having launched over 30 new AI‑powered features in 2026 across intelligent guest profiles, dynamic pricing, conversational reservations, and agentic automation. The product story is compelling, the market momentum is real, and the commercial upside for a high performer is significant.
Responsibilities- Self‑generating pipeline across hotel groups, resorts, private members clubs, gaming, and other hospitality verticals; UK is the immediate priority, with Europe a close second before UAE becomes a focus point.
- Selling a multi‑product suite, sequencing entry points across spa, PMS, F& B, golf, payments, and loyalty to build and grow accounts.
- Building trusted, consultative relationships with C‑suite and senior operational decision makers at enterprise and mid‑market hospitality operators.
- Leveraging your existing UK hospitality network to generate early pipeline while building new relationships for the longer term.
- Working closely with internal pre‑sales, implementation, and customer success teams to land deals and expand accounts.
- Attending key industry events and using your network to create and convert opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records via Salesforce.
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales in a SaaS or cloud‑native environment; candidates with a background predominantly in hardware or labour‑intensive solutions are unlikely to be a good fit.
- A genuine hunter with a track record of self‑generating new business and opening new logos, not just managing or farming an existing book.
- Solid experience selling into hospitality, hotel groups, resorts, gaming, private members clubs, or adjacent verticals, with a real understanding of how these businesses buy and who makes the decisions.
- Comfortable selling to both operational buyers (GMs, F&B Directors, Revenue Managers, Spa Directors) and technology buyers (IT Directors, CTOs), often in the same deal.
- A consultative, value‑based sales approach; you sell outcomes, not features.
- An entrepreneurial mindset; you take ownership of your territory, generate your own momentum, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- A strong and relevant UK network; the question isn’t just what you’ve sold, but who you know and at what level.
- Background at a hospitality technology vendor would be highly desirable.
- Enterprise and group‑level selling experience; if your background has been focused on independent or small properties, be ready to talk about how you would make the step up to group‑wide accounts.
- Existing relationships with procurement, IT, or operational leadership at UK hotel groups, resort operators, or private members clubs.
This role comes with a meaningful commission structure that rewards new logo wins with accelerated rates. Year one target is £1 million – £1.2 million in annual contract value. Hit 100 % and accelerators activate. New business attracts elevated commission rates over and above existing account expansion. For the right person, the earning potential is significant.
