Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies.
  • Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyse the impacts of different capital structures and potential financing, debt capital markets or M&A transactions.
  • Regional coverage: Southeast Asia.
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance.
  • Support the origination and execution of equity and debt transactions including due diligence and drafting of documents.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and targets.
  • Research and analysis of markets and industries, companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources.
  • Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the bank, internal and external stakeholders.

Profile of ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / IBD / Corporate Finance / M&A and willingness to relocate to Singapore to gain SEA experience.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high‑intensity environment.
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning/work attitude, independent and able to work without much supervision.
  • Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills.
  • Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge.
