As Global Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of seasonal product ranges and exclusive launches across global markets. You’ll be the key connector between Product Development, Category Management, Sales, and Regional Marketing, ensuring collections are strategically positioned, beautifully presented, and commercially successful. This is a highly cross-functional and influential role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and understands the nuances of premium consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global planning and execution of seasonal collections (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Christmas) and exclusive launches (retailer partnerships, experiential exclusives, collaborations).
  • Serve as project lead, coordinating stakeholders across Category, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Own the global go-to-market toolkit: positioning, messaging, creative assets, launch playbooks.
  • Partner with regional teams to support local-market exclusives while maintaining alignment to global frameworks.
  • Drive timelines and approvals through the gate-stage NPD process, ensuring on-time, commercially robust launches.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial teams to ensure exclusives meet market needs and enhance brand presence.
  • Analyse performance of seasonal and exclusive ranges, feeding learnings into future planning.
  • Champion brand values and ensure launches contribute to long-term portfolio strategy.
Skills, Experience & Behaviours
  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Marketing within luxury or premium consumer goods.
  • Proven track record working with high-end retail environments and luxury retailers.
  • Experience with stage-gate or similar structured NPD processes.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering retailer exclusives or brand collaborations.
