The Opportunity
- Join a well-established corporate team advising on mid-market M&A, private equity, growth capital and corporate finance transactions.
- Lead and manage transactions across the full deal lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, restructurings and funding rounds.
- Work directly with entrepreneurs, management teams, private equity sponsors and investors on a broad range of strategic matters.
- Enjoy genuine client contact, significant responsibility and the platform to further develop your own relationships and market profile. (
