Our client is a small private-equity portfolio financial services business, rapidly growing via acquisition. The Head of IT is looking for their first hire to help:
- Manage a range of vendors (mostly SaaS) and their MSP
- Integrate acquisitions
- Create scalable and repeatable processes
- Build group IT function
- Support tech & operating model review
- Lead subsequent change activity – both technical and non-technical
A minimum of 3 days per week in the office is required, ideally more. The position can be based either in the Ashford, Kent office (ideally), or Wilmslow, Cheshire.
The client is looking for someone early in their career with:
- Experience of working for a consulting firm
- Experience of working with (as a client) or for financial services business
