Our client is an established, successful and growing service provider to the utilities industry. They have a large, operational workforce and a strong safety and excellence culture. They are seeking a Head of Transport for their South region, which encompasses two major client contracts and ten major depots. The role exists to provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient and sustainable fleet operations. It applies data-driven analysis and continuous improvement methodology to optimise operations, manage risk, control costs and reduce environmental impact. It contributes directly to corporate strategy, leads transport transformation initiatives, embeds ESG principles, and develops a high-performing workforce while maintaining strong relationships with clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.
