Our client is a rapidly scaling hospitality technology business with a global reach. This is a rare opportunity to be the key figure in the marketing function across UK, Europe and the Middle East for a company in serious growth mode, with an AI-led product suite that is genuinely changing how hotels, resorts, and casinos operate. This role will initially focus on the UK market but will, in time, expand to a European and Middle East remit.
Based in Surrey, you'll be the marketing engine for the region, taking a world-class global strategy and making it land. You'll work directly with the UK, European and MEA sales leadership, run a packed calendar of campaigns and events, and be the bridge between a high-performing US marketing team and a market that needs local expertise to unlock it.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit in strategy meetings. It's for someone who wants to get things done, and can point to pipeline numbers that prove it.
This is an excellent opportunity to be representing an organisation's cloud-native SaaS platform, which covers the entire guest journey, covering property management, point of sale, spa, golf, dining, payments, and analytics, used by thousands of properties across hotels, resorts, casinos, cruise lines, universities, healthcare, and sports & entertainment venues globally.
The company is now deep into an AI transformation, launching new AI-powered features in 2026 across intelligent guest profiles, conversational reservations, agentic automation, and revenue intelligence. The product story is compelling and the market momentum is real.
As Marketing Manager, UK & EMEA, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing demand generation campaigns that build pipeline for the EMEA sales team
- Planning and delivering a busy calendar of events — trade shows, roundtables, webinars, and hosted dinners
- Localising global marketing messaging for UK, European and MEA hospitality buyers
- Running targeted ABM programmes in close partnership with the sales team
- Owning the full funnel from brand awareness through to bottom-of-funnel sales engagement
- Managing lead qualification, handover, and tracking via Salesforce
- Measuring and reporting on campaign impact, lead conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
To be considered for the Marketing Manager, UK & EMEA, you will need:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience across UK and internationally, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology services or, within a group of hotels.
- A genuine track record of pipeline and lead generation, commercial outcomes, not just campaign activity
- Strong events management experience, you've owned a busy event calendar and know how to make them convert
- Demand generation and ABM toolkit, you know how to build and run targeted account programmes
- Salesforce proficiency, lead tracking, reporting, and the handover process with sales
- Able to operate autonomously across multiple workstreams without hand-holding
- Data-driven, with the ability to measure and present campaign impact to senior stakeholders
A strong advantage:
- Experience in hospitality tech, travel technology, or an adjacent enterprise software vertical, prior exposure shortens ramp significantly
- Familiarity with the EMEA hospitality event landscape, HTL, HITEC Europe, and equivalent industry forums
- Experience marketing to both technical (IT Director, CTO) and business buyer (GM, Revenue Manager, F&B Director) audiences
- Partner and channel marketing exposure
