- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leaders and client executives, providing clear, personable, and customer-focused communication.
Who You Are
- A Self-Starter: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are capable of managing the challenges and ambiguity that come with a scale-up.
- Analytical & Personable: You have a “data-first” mindset but possess the emotional intelligence to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Outcome-Driven: You take full responsibility for your work and have a track record of getting things done in challenging environments.
- Flexible & Ambitious: You are looking for a role where you can grow rapidly, leading activities and initiatives as the company continues to scale. You will work across a variety of sectors.
- Values-Aligned: As our foundation, you believe in doing business with integrity - we do what we say, and care about the wider common good.

- Advanced analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets and tech-driven procurement tools.
- Ability to work flexibly, balancing remote work with regular London and on-site presence.
- Desirable: Experience working for a consultancy organisation.
- Experience of supporting business development activity.
