Our client is a rapidly scaling, hospitality technology business with a global reach. This is an opportunity to join the EMEA operations team as a Senior Implementation Consultant, delivering hands-on installation, configuration, and training across one of the most comprehensive hospitality software platforms in the market.

The platform spans property management, point of sale, spa, golf, dining, payments, loyalty, and analytics, used by thousands of properties across hotels, resorts, casinos, cruise lines, private members clubs, and sports and entertainment venues globally. This isn't a single-product implementation role. You will be working across the full suite, giving you breadth of technical experience and variety of project that most implementation roles simply cannot offer.

The role is UK-based with regular travel across the UK with some EMEA travel expected, a mix of on-site installation at customer properties and remote delivery, with regular team meetings at the HQ. If you are technically strong, customer-focused, and comfortable being on the road, this is a genuinely interesting place to build your career.

Our client's cloud-native SaaS platform is trusted by some of the world's most recognised hotel groups, destination resorts, and casino operators, with client relationships that in some cases span fifteen years or more. The business is growing fast, with revenues increasing rapidly and subscription income expanding at over 27% year-on-year following their AI product adoption.

As Senior Implementation Consultant, EMEA, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing on-site and remote installation, configuration, and testing of PMS, spa, golf, POS, and related products at customer properties across the UK and EMEA
  • Acting as Project Lead or second lead to a Project Manager across implementation engagements, managing scope, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Gathering site requirements and working with Project Management to recommend operational design ahead of installation
  • Configuring and testing systems to ensure they are optimised for each customer's operational requirements before go-live
  • Preparing and delivering training sessions for end users and operational teams at customer properties
  • Providing live on-site support during go-live, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth transition to operations
  • Managing and resolving EMEA support tickets, monitoring SLAs, and escalating where required
  • Developing post-project documentation to ensure the Customer Care team has everything needed to support the client going forward
  • Keeping current with product releases, new features, and updates across the product suite
  • Supporting the sales team with pre-sales technical engagement and prospect demonstrations where required

To be considered for the Senior Implementation Consultant role, you will need:

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on implementation or technical support experience with hospitality technology products — PMS, spa, golf, or POS systems
  • Practical experience with system installation, configuration, and technical troubleshooting in a customer-facing environment
  • Comfortable working at a technical level — Linux and Windows command line, log management, networking troubleshooting, firewall configuration, and system administration
  • Strong project management skills — able to manage scope, documentation, milestones, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently with both technical teams and non-technical operational stakeholders at customer properties
  • Self-sufficient and comfortable working independently on the road — this role involves significant travel across the UK and EMEA
  • Customer-first mindset — you take ownership of issues and don't consider a job done until the customer is fully operational and confident
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time across EMEA with flexible working hours

A strong advantage:

  • Direct implementation experience with Oracle Hospitality (OPERA / OHIP), Shiji, Guestline, or a comparable PMS platform, either in-house or via a third-party implementation partner
  • Experience implementing spa or golf management systems
  • Background at a third-party Oracle implementation partner: HRS and Tyngo
  • Programming experience in Java or Python
  • Exposure to document database systems or application-level virtualisation
  • Experience with web service delivery in on-premises environments
