As the business expands its product universe, we’re looking for a Category Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of two of its most iconic categories: Loveables and Baby. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Category Manager to lead the long-term vision, strategy, and global performance of the Loveables and Baby categories. Sitting within the global marketing organisation, you will own the category strategy, portfolio decisions, and commercial roadmap, ensuring products resonate deeply with consumers, delight retail partners, and strengthen the brand’s position within the luxury gifting space.
Acting as the strategic link between Design, Product Development, Sales, and Marketing, you will shape the NPD pipeline, oversee lifecycle management, and identify meaningful opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the product portfolio and lifecycle across Loveables and Baby, driving strategic planning and global market positioning.
- Develop and implement pricing and positioning strategies that protect brand equity while maximising commercial performance.
- Own the gate-stage process for category-led projects from ideation to production approval.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for category expansion.
- Drive strategic development and long-term category vision, ensuring alignment with global brand and commercial goals.
- Use consumer insights, feedback, and data to optimise product strategies and respond to changing market needs.
- Ensure all category decisions reinforce brand identity and support global consistency.
- 5+ years of category management experience within luxury consumer goods.
- Proven experience working with premium or luxury brands in high-end retail environments.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term growth planning with operational delivery.
- Expertise in pricing, positioning, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Experience conducting market research and transforming insights into clear strategic actions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with global teams across Sales, Design, Operations, and Marketing.
