Senior Creative Content Producer – Full Time [Remote]

We\’re looking for a Creative Content Producer to join our marketing team and help us build a brand people actually follow. You\’ll work across short-form and long-form video and marketing campaigns, helping us grow views, engagement, and followers while strengthening brand identity across social platforms.

This is a hands‐on role for someone who understands branding, marketing psychology, and performance‐driven content, and has experience working both with brands and agencies.

What You\’ll Do

Generate creative concepts for short‐form and long‐form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Write scripts, outlines, and content frameworks

Film content yourself or coordinate shoots (in‐house or on location)

Source and manage photographers, videographers, sets, and props when needed

Execute small and large edits, including captions, subtitles, and formatting using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut and similar tools

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand and growth goals

Stay on top of social trends while adapting them to our brand voice

Test ideas, analyze performance, and iterate based on results

Help shape and evolve the brand\’s creative direction over time

Generate short and long form content for Instagram, Youtube, TikTok

Direct our collaboration strategy with brands and influencers

What We\’re Looking For

2 years experience working with brands and agencies

Strong understanding of marketing, storytelling, and consumer psychology

Hands‐on experience creating and publishing social content

Comfortable being behind the camera, in front of it, or directing others

Strong visual taste and attention to detail

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects end‐to‐end

Deep familiarity with social platforms and content formats

A true brand enthusiast who cares about aesthetics, narrative, and impact

Bonus Points

Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or lifestyle brands

Basic motion graphics or advanced editing skills

Experience scaling content output consistently
