We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join a growing technology consultancy specialising in Data, AI and cloud transformation. This is an opportunity to lead the successful delivery of complex customer programmes across modern data platforms, AI initiatives and cloud technologies. You'll work closely with customers, technical specialists and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You'll play a key role in building trusted customer relationships, leading delivery teams and driving successful project outcomes while balancing commercial objectives with exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading Project Delivery
- Managing end-to-end delivery of customer projects
- Owning project scope, timelines, budgets and quality
- Tracking risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
- Producing accurate delivery reporting and forecasts
- Ensuring agreed customer outcomes are achieved
- Building Strong Customer Relationships
- Acting as the primary delivery contact throughout engagements
- Building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Managing governance meetings and delivery reviews
- Proactively resolving delivery challenges and managing expectations
- Leading Delivery Teams
- Coordinating cross-functional delivery teams including Data Engineers, Architects and AI specialists
- Working closely with Technical Leads to ensure successful execution
- Supporting collaboration, coaching and continuous improvement across delivery teams
- Managing Commercial Delivery
- Ensuring projects remain within agreed scope
- Managing change requests and assessing commercial impact
- Monitoring project profitability and delivery performance
- Identifying and escalating delivery, contractual or commercial risks where required
- Driving Delivery Excellence
- Applying consistent project governance and delivery best practices
- Maintaining high-quality project documentation
- Capturing lessons learned and promoting continuous improvement
- Supporting delivery maturity across the organisation

What We're Looking For
You bring strong delivery leadership experience within technology consulting or professional services, with a passion for delivering high-quality customer outcomes. We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years' experience delivering technology or digital transformation projects
- Experience managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
- Experience delivering Data, Analytics, Cloud or AI projects
- Excellent project governance and risk management experience
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and forecasting
- Experience working within Agile delivery environment
- Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms
- Prince2, PMP or Scrum certification
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools
- Exposure to AI, Machine Learning or modern Data Engineering programmes
