We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing Technology team within a global professional services environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful, business‑critical technology initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency and positive change across the organisation.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of technology projects, including legal technology solutions, enterprise applications, in‑house software development, infrastructure upgrades and office move initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, technical teams and business functions, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects through the full project management lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Define and agree clear project objectives, scope and deliverables
- Establish and lead cross‑functional project teams (internal and external resources)
- Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies and governance processes
- Act as the first point of escalation for project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Oversee and manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting
- Produce and review key project documentation including Business Cases, PIDs, reports and change controls
- Manage stakeholder engagement at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Monitor project health, performance and resource allocation
- Drive high standards of delivery, collaboration and accountability
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing projects within a structured project environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM or equivalent preferred)
- Proven experience managing budgets and financial controls within projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Strong risk and issue management capabilities
- Excellent planning, forecasting and resource management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Collaborative and supportive leadership style
