The successful candidate will manage a team of 5-7 Corporate Account Managers with a clear focus on retention, expansion, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development – Inspire, coach, and empower a team of Corporate Account Managers to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
Strategic Account Management – Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive retention and expansion, ensuring profitable, long-term customer relationships.

High-Level Negotiations – Lead complex negotiations for multi-million-pound contracts, ensuring profitability and strong customer commitment.
